We're an online-only store, shipping across India. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Processing Time
Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. During sales or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated via email.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually see faster delivery; remote areas may take a little longer.

- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Free shipping on your first order when you create an account and use code WELCOME
Shipping Partner
We ship via trusted courier partners across India, and you'll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number to follow your package's journey right to your door. If you don't receive tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please email us at jewelrycarpe@gmail.com.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Occasionally, delays happen due to weather, courier logistics, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always help track down a delayed package if you reach out.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've been dispatched, and orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a re-shipping charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record an unboxing video as you open it (see our Return & Exchange Policy) and email us within 48 hours at jewelrycarpe@gmail.com — we'll sort it out quickly.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally soon!
